Makino offers casual hire of arena and facilities.

  • 60 m x 30 m All Weather Arena

  • Full set of jump stands and poles- suitable for grid work, pole work, and small jump courses.

  • Wash bay and Yarding

  • 5 secure yards and full wash bay use included in Arena hire

  • Round Yard

  • 20m round yard included in Arena hire

Rates

Casual use: $10 per combination (hour duration)

  • Casual use can be booked via phone or email- see contact details here.

  • Casual use of our facilities includes an hour total use per rider and horse. More than one horse will be an additional $10 and an additional hour of facility usage.

Clinic use and daily hire: $115 flat rate

  • Daily hire is available weekdays between 8am and 4pm.

  • Makino provides 5 yards, with more room available to tie horses if needed. We recommend up to 6 riders in the arena at any one time, however, this numbers are at the discretion of the hirer.
